
COOKING & PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Overnight Thaw: Place bag on a leak proof dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove shrimp from packaging and drain for 2 – 3 minutes before serving.
Quick Thaw: Remove shrimp from packaging and place in a sealed plastic bag. Submerge bag in cold water until thawed.
Safe Handling
Do not refreeze thawed shrimp. Store thawed shrimp in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Shrimp are cooked when flesh is completely white and firm to the touch.
